Driver’s License

Social Security Card

Birth Certificate

GED, Diploma, or Transcripts

Resume or Work history

Three Letters of Recommendation

Any Documents You Would Like to be Considered

DD-214 Card (if you are a veteran)

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential throughout the apprenticeship.
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
